Area: 2 land plots of approx. 1 ha each, i.e. 2 ha in total (with the perspective to enlarge up to 10 ha)

Investment perspective:
1. As a part of the energy and hydraulic systems is provided for:
• Small hydro power plant of derivational type with installing two hydro units of 150 kW each;
• The inlet and outlet river channels;
• External power line;
• The dam;
• Reservoir, including coastal protection;
• Rehabilitation of the existing bridge.

2. Tourist Complex will include:
• The hotel for 60 guests with the modern infrastructure;
• The restaurant for 60 visitors with the conference room;
• SPA - center (thermal area, a mini-water park, swimming pool, group and individual rooms);
• A group of cottages (one VIP cottage for 2 families and 4 cottages for four guests);
• helipad for VIP guests;
• Area for fans of `tent` rest;

• Engineering infrastructure facilities, access roads and parking of vehicles, modern communication facilities, landscaping, beautification and premises security.

All rooms will be equipped with lavatories, required furniture, split-systems, refrigerators, satellite TV, safety deposit boxes. VIP room cottages will be furnished and equipped at the highest level.

Along with comfort `passive` recreation the tourist complex`s employees will provide to amateurs with:
• Car, equestrian, cycling, skiing and hiking in the scenic surroundings, quad biking, flying on Delta plan;
• Fishing, hunting, mushroom picking;
• Rafting on the rivers on rafts and catamarans;
• Ethnographic excursions, accommodation with the ancient Carpathian families of Hutsul, Lemko, Boyko.

In the future, on the basis of the existing reservoir is planned to create a Fish farm for caviar incubation and rearing salmonids (trout, grayling).

Construction of the complex and commissioning is planned to be implemented in stages:
• Step 1: Energy and Hydraulic Engineering Complex;
• Step 2: Tourist Complex.
